Who I am
Harper Hewes is an executive-search practice run by Debbie Harper. I value your privacy and treat your personal information with the same discretion I bring to every search.
What I collect
I collect information you provide to me, such as your name, contact details, résumé, and career preferences, in order to run a search. Occasionally I obtain your contact information from publicly available sources (like LinkedIn) or through introductions from people who know you.
How I use your information
Your information is used only for executive search and recruiting purposes: understanding what you're considering, communicating with you, and, when there's a fit, presenting you to a hiring company with your written permission.
How I share information
I do not sell your information. I do not share your information with anyone, including potential hiring companies, without your knowledge and explicit permission. The only exception is third-party services I use to run the firm (for example, calendar and email tools), which are bound by their own confidentiality terms. I do not maintain a candidate database. I do not run mailing lists.
Your choices
You can request to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing me at dharper@harperhewes.com.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online system is fully secure. If you'd prefer not to share something digitally, a phone call is always an option: 585.321.1700.
